Vintage industrial lighting inspired this contemporary ceramic pendant, handmade by the British designer Robert Wheeldon using sustainable materials and traditional methods. This heritage down lighter design was once used across the British railway network, taking its name ‘The Flying Scotsman’ from the world famous locomotive. A delicate floral design is a surprising contrast to the utilitarian shape, while the black ‘Lava edition’ offers a rough, unfinished luxe, with subtle rivulets inside creating a soft reflective finish.
